The Jedi Are the Villains of Star Wars

Star Wars is the perfect allegory for spiritual bypassing and toxic positivity.

Three years ago, someone accused me of thinking too dualistically, and told me, “Only a Sith deals in absolutes,” implying that I’m coming from the Dark Side.

She told me this while she and all her friends were thinking in absolutes about me

And you know what? That was an astute observation.

I am bringing you input from the Dark Side. Because you need it. It’s long overdue.

When you focus only on the Light Side, to the exclusion of the Dark Side, you create the conditions for imbalance. The Dark Side is not evil. It’s part of the Force. What’s evil is imbalance. The imbalance is the true evil.

In a supreme irony, the Jedi are the purveyors of the galaxy’s truest evil. Because they have created a system that forcefully excludes the Dark Side from consciousness. They do exactly what Carl Jung says not to do. They seek enlightenment by imagining figures of light all day, while shoving their darkness into deeper and deeper unconsciousness.

"Fuck this guy. Let's just sit around and OM all day, and put duct tape over the mouth of anyone who makes us uncomfortable." ~ ~ All self-identified "Conscious" people now

On the ground, in day‑to‑day affairs, this shows up in people’s lives as the suppression of anger.

Yoda vs. Anger: How the Jedi Destabilize the Force

What does Yoda tell Anakin? Essentially, that anger is bad. If you allow yourself to be angry — or even worse, express your anger — you are falling into the Dark Side.

Even if we want to be generous to Jedi philosophy and say the feeling of anger is okay as long as you “process” it correctly, we can still say with certainty: the Jedi oppose the outward expression of anger. Even in mere words. Never mind action — you don’t have to actually do anything evil — just merely expressing anger leads to the Dark, and therefore “should not be done.” Ever.

  • Feeling angry? Very shaky ground.
  • Expressing anger outwardly? Absolutely not allowed. Bad.

By acting out this philosophy, the Jedi created an imbalance in the Force. They created it — not the Sith. The Sith had no power to do so; they were outcasts. The Jedi were the ruling system, intertwined with the Republic’s government at a level of closeness not seen in any galaxy anywhere in the universe until AIPAC.

Once they created the imbalance, they necessitated the Dark Side to come in and shake things up until they learned their lesson.

Darth Sidious brings in the Empire because the Dark Side needed to rebalance what the Jedi destabilized. The Force was acting, through Sidious, because it needed what Sidious was doing. Sidious was doing the Will of the Force.

Remember: the prophecy about Anakin “bringing balance” exists at least a decade before Sidious/Palpatine takes over. That’s because the Force was already un‑balanced and needing re‑balancing before the takeover. The takeover of the galaxy by the Dark Side was not the origin of the Force’s imbalance. It was the beginning of the correction.

The original imbalance was caused by the Jedi, through their intentional suppression of Dark Side consciousness — embodied most directly by their suppression of anger.

Carl Jung’s wisdom sees all this coming from a mile away. If Jung lived in their galaxy, he would warp to Coruscant, walk into the Jedi Temple, flip their tables over, and lash their asses with a self‑made whip.

This is what I'm doing.

Our “Conscious” People Are the Real‑World Jedi

“Spiritual” and “conscious” people present themselves as the Jedi of our society. They have built a temple to exclusively Light‑Side consciousness.

You do not welcome expressions of anger. You suppress them. Every time. It might be immediate, or it might take a few hours, maybe a few days — but in the end, you shut down the conversation long before it has any chance of reaching any kind of resolution. Because expressions of anger are fundamentally wrong. No one should ever be mad at anyone.

If you are mad, you should “process” your feelings — in private, internally — and no matter what, never make the mistake of expressing your anger.

Or, if you do express it, you should only express it to some kind of therapist or coach or Authentic Relating partner or close friend. The key thing is: express anger only to people whom the anger is not about, and never ever ever ever EVER under ANY circumstances express the anger to the person or archetype whom it’s about.

At least not without getting their permission first. Their “consent.”

Which means, in the end, that you never express it. Because no one will ever “consent” to hearing someone else’s anger at them. The requirement for consent to express anger is a guarantee that the anger will never be expressed. That’s what that is.

So you’ve built a system where anger can never be expressed (not in any meaningful way that has any chance of bringing resolution), and the darkness can never be made conscious. And like the Jedi, you’ve destabilized the Force.

The Gender War: Where This Shows Up Most

The topic where this suppression is most pronounced is the Gender War.

Women are angry at men. Men are angry at women. As we grow angrier, we drift further apart. The biological sexes are proxies for the archetypal Feminine and Masculine. Men and women fight and grow distant because these two principles are in conflict, collectively. It’s the archetypes that are in conflict, driving the conflict on the ground between individuals.

I have a mission to resolve it. To bring peace in this war between the genders.

But to do that, conversation is needed. There is absolutely no way to end a war without conversation. You can’t end a war just by declaring that you don’t like war and that war is bad and it ought to end because life is awesome and everyone should just stop fighting and get along.

You end wars when the sides talk to each other.

And the two sides, BY DEFINITION, are very, very angry with each other. So if they’re going to talk (which they must), then the talking is going to involve people who are ANGRY, talking TO the people that they are angry AT, and EXPRESSING their anger TO the people whom they are angry at.

There’s no way around it. If you want healing, you need that process. If you refuse that process, you are contributing to humanity losing the war with itself and descending into the abyss of chaos and mass death and/or eternal ahrimanic totalitarianism.

The solution is very simple:

From now on, everyone should express their anger, and people who are receiving the expression should listen and take it.

You Don’t Get Hurt Listening to Words

You don’t get actually hurt from listening to words.

I cannot reach through your screen and explode your phone. I’m not Israel.

Hearing anger doesn’t hurt you. Listen to it. Then respond, and engage the person in conversation.

Yes. Talk to the person who is angry at you.

Oh my God, it’s like I’m suggesting the most horrifically preposterous proposition in history, right?

No. This is how all normal humans approached the problem of anger for 200,000 years, since speech was invented. It’s only in very recent times that anyone got the idea that anger is wrong and they should be insulated from all expressions of other people’s anger toward them.

This is sick thinking.

Anger has a purpose. We have it in us for a reason. It’s a communication. It lets people know that they’ve hurt us.

You get angry when someone hurts you. That’s what causes anger: pain. Pain causes anger. Fucking duh.

Nature programmed our organism with a fail‑safe mechanism to let other individuals KNOW when they’ve hurt us. That mechanism is called anger. That’s what it’s for.

When you treat anger as “unspiritual,” “low vibration,” or “Dark Side” and insist it must never be expressed to the person who caused it, you’re not being enlightened. You’re being a Jedi — and not in the complimentary sense.

You are creating imbalance in the Force.
